Yes, we do have several N95 models that are available for appropriate use. Some models are approved by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH, a federal agency) while some other models are approved by both NOISH and FDA. Depending on the quantity of your order, we can ship the face masks in the same day or up to 21 days for 2 million units of order.

No, our face masks are not surgical masks. We do have another model of mask that is in the testing and certification process to meet the FDA surgical mask’s requirements. Our face masks are intended to be used by the general public. Per CDC’s guideline:

 

“Masks are not surgical masks or respirators. Currently, those are critical supplies that should continue to be reserved for healthcare workers and other medical first responders, as recommended by current CDC guidance. Masks also are not appropriate substitutes for them in workplaces where surgical masks or respirators are recommended or required and available.”

No. Please do not do it. You may inadvertently damage the structure of the face mask or reduce the material capability that is crucial to the function of the face mask.

It depends on the environment and several other factors. Please replace it as soon as possible if the face mask is:

  • Wet
  • Dirty
  • Broken
  • After a period of use, the ear loops aren’t tight enough to hold the face mask against your face.

Above are some examples and it is not a complete list. Please remember this is a disposable face mask and it is not designed for long time use.

It’s about 7 inches long and 3.5 inches wide.  Please understand it’s made of flexible nonwoven fabric and some small deviation will happen from time to time.

We make our face masks at our manufacturing facility in East Bethel, Minnesota, just north of Minneapolis in Minnesota, USA.

Because the pandemic, domestically and globally there is a severe shortage for those crucial materials needed to produce face masks. We source those materials domestically whenever it is feasible and reliable and go globally when it’s necessary in order to serve our customers.

Outer layer: Polypropylene spunbond nonwoven fabric, splash resistant

Middle filtration layer: Polypropylene meltblown nonwoven fabric with electrostatic charged.
